Axpo Nordic is proud to celebrate 20 years in the Nordic energy market. Over the past 20 years Axpo Nordic has grown in to a leading independent player in the Nordic and Baltic energy market. We have grown to become highly specialised in trading and developing products and services for retailers, energy-intensive industries and energy producers.

Our passion comes from our employees, who are driven, excited and enjoy the challenges of working at Axpo. Axpo Nordic has 20 years’ experience in the Nordic energy market and over these years we have learnt a lot. Not only do we have the experience in the Nordics, but we can compare and learn from all other Axpo hubs across the world. We have experts here in the Nordic, but also close daily dialogues with experts who are based in Baden, and other Axpo hubs. Axpo Nordic was the first partner to sign a PPA in Norway and following this we have been a trusted PPA partner. We have worked closely together with clients over the years, and we are a partner that can be relied upon.

Located in 3 Nordic cities

Axpo’s approach is to have a local presence – with local specialists – and to serve customers such as producers, consumers, retailers and other participants in the energy markets on site. Axpo Nordic is based in Oslo and has subsidiaries in Malmö and Helsinki. The team is made up of 40 employees with extensive experience from trading and origination in the Nordic region and Europe.
